"Artificial"

Am I a ghost in the shell,
Or stuck in technologic hell?
Is being human just a dream?
Digital ears mute my screams.
Are my memories just artificial?
Is everything I feel superficial?
Is the beating of my heart real?
Is my body organic or is it steel?
Answers trigger more questions,
Further distorting my perception.
Struggling to grasp onto reality
As my mind only sees in binary.
Thoughts of mutilation creep in,
To rip off every inch of my skin.
Exposing either a titanium frame,
Or the insanity insids my brain.
I'm more than a robotic shell.
I'm not stuck in artificial hell.
I'll break free from this nightmare.
I'll prove I'm more than software.

"Discovery"

A stillness in the summer breeze.
Their broken heart is finally at ease.
Underneath the shimmering stars,
Exploring, discovering who they are.
Their soul covered in bloody thorns
On vines made of ridicule and scorn.
Their mind heavily scarred with pain.
Pieces of shattered promises remain.
Their entire life has been a battlefield,
Yet their will to live refusing to yield.
My gentle touch brings them to tears.
My kinds words are their first in years.
Discarding their worn armor of rage,
Freeing their soul from their rusty cage.
Underneath the shimmering stars.
I finally see them for who they are.

"Death's Gate"

 Never promised a legacy.
Never believed in destiny.
Always questioning fate.
Standing at Death's gate.
No fucking chance to win.
Paying for all my damn sins.
Nothing left to fucking lose.
A battle I didn't fucking choose.
Innocent blood on th floor.
Her severed head on the door.
Their message loud and clear.
I have pissed off my puppeteer.
A massive bounty on my head.
Master wants me fucking dead.
All because I refused one hit
Which lead to all this bullshit.
A child's death isn't my legacy
My death isn't my final destiny.
I'm about to tempt fucking fate
While knocking on Death's gate.
